Harmoniser les politiques au service de la transition vers une économie sobre en carbone

Aligning Policies for a Low-carbon Economy

Outside of countries’ core climate policies, many of the regulatory features of today’s economies have been built around the availability of fossil fuels and without any regard for the greenhouse gas emissions stemming from human activities. This animation introduces the OECD report that makes a diagnosis of these contradictions and points to means of solving them to support a more effective transition of all countries to a low-carbon economy; a joint OECD, International Energy Agency (IEA), Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) and International Transport Forum (ITF) project.

The film was produced to be showcased at the OECD 2015 Ministerial Council Meeting on « Unlocking investment for sustainable growth and jobs » held on June 3rd and 4th 2015. The meeting brings together OECD Members and Partner countries, and several international organisations, to discuss policies that can help unlock stronger, fairer and greener growth.
